Where Voice Meets Healing

Grounded in both musical artistry and psychological science, these sessions integrate breathwork, mindfulness, vocal expression, and community singing to support mental health from the inside out. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking a moment of peace and connection, this class offers a gentle yet powerful reset.

Led by Christine Seng, an award-winning classical vocalist turned certified CBT therapist and neuroscience coach, Wellness Singing draws on two decades of experience in music and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Christine’s approach is informed by the latest research in emotional regulation, brainwave balance, and music-based therapy.

Each class includes:

  • Mindful Grounding & Breathwork: To regulate the nervous system and ease into presence

  • Vocal Warm-ups: Gentle, body-aware vocal techniques to awaken your voice

  • Community Singing: Accessible, uplifting songs that invite joy and connection
